Our office will be closed during the holidays and we will open again on Monday 11th of January 2021. For complaints due to problems/faults with your apartment/common areas contact your landlord via the correct channel for complaints/faults (for example “Fault reports” at My pages). For urging/acute matters please contact your house caretaker during office hours or on-call service if the house caretaker office is closed. And don’t forget to blow out your candles! Stay safe!

On Wednesday the 25th of November SSF will hold the council meeting at 18:00 online via Zoom. All representatives have been summoned by email.
We are now finished with this year’s rental negotiations for 2021 and have together with SSSB agreed that rents will increase by an average of 1.5 percent from January 1, 2021.
The rent increase varies based on housing category and also certain housing areas. All tenants have received information about their home’s rent increase via their registered e-mail address.
The new monthly rent will be visible on the rental invoice for January 2021.
